About Jack Cutler

Jack is WebMaster of the CAPNYRAILOPS website. A retired Electrical Engineer, his passion in the hobby is - you guessed it - electronics and control. He is a disciple of Bruce Chubb and the C/MRI layout control system. He is also a WWII history buff, so his layout, the Juniata Secondary, blends his interest in WWII with his hobby of model railroading.

    I’m new to the group & am interested in attending as an observer Jack Cutler’s operating session on August 3rd, 2019 from 10 am to 1 pm. I live in Niskayuna and will need directions to Jack’s house at some point prior to August 3rd. Thanks.
