The RTK is a freelance Division/Branch of the Delaware & Hudson Railroad set in the late 1960’s in upstate New York. The RTK is an HO scale point-to-point track plan with a double track mainline and a small yard at each east-west terminus.
The RTK is being constructed with operations in mind and will be using DCC with NCE equipment. Mainline track will be code 83 with some spurs being code 70.
